White walls and parquet floors, formerly the hallmark of an un-decorated apartment (a.k.a. the “before” in a shelter publication) are now at the forefront of interior design. Walls without color and wooden tiled floors are now, in addition to being selling points,  at the height of style.

Perhaps formerly described as bare, minimalist, or un-done, the white wall and parquet pairing is again being embraced as the interior backdrop for a curated collection of furnishings, lighting, and accessories.
