Andrew Racquet Kitchen

With temperatures now rising into the 90s in New York, these white marble counters (read: cool to the touch) could not look more inviting for summer salad prep. In fact, all of the design details in this kitchen speak to a calm, confident, modernization of  tradition. The white cabinetry and range hood, while embellished with moulding, are treated with light elegance rather than a heavy hand. The La Cornue stove and brass cabinet hardware, while staples of traditional design, read as crisp, pretty, and clean. This kitchen is like a breezy respite from an expected surprise of summer heat.
