Fairly often I’m asked, “What does your day look like?, and my answer is, “It’s a little bit different every day.” This consistent variance is one of the elements I enjoy about being a blogger, and about working from home. If you’ve ever wondered what my day-to-day is more or less like, in collaboration with Tazo® Tea, and in celebration of their exciting, unique, and delicious tea blends, today I’m sharing a snapshot of my daily routine with Tazo Tea.
As you guys know, as part of my 101 in 1001, last month I completed my very first 30-day yoga challenge; a yoga class every day for 30 days. Practicing yoga every day (versus 3 days a week) at 4pm has been such an awesome addition to my day-to-day, that I’ve decided to keep it up and continue on. I basically love it! Yoga at 4pm means that I get home from class at 6pm, have dinner until 7pm, read for a half-hour or so, and by 8-9pm am sound asleep in bed. After 8 hours, I rise and shine at 5am, shower and have breakfast, and am in my home office at 6 or 6:15am.
At 9 or 9:30am I’m ready for a snack, which includes my favorite hot Tazo Tea blend: Passion®, an exuberant herbal infusion of hibiscus flower, orange peel, rose hips, and passion fruit flavors. With those ingredients, you can imagine how amazing this hot tea’s aroma and flavors are. Passion always delights my senses and pairs perfectly with my daily apple and six almonds. After gathering my tea, apple, and almonds from the kitchen, I bring it all back to my desk and joyfully sip and snack away over my laptop.
Tazo’s Passion tea is an excellent healthy compliment to the water I drink throughout the day. Made with some of the finest-quality tea leaves, spices and botanicals, Passion adds a refreshing dash of flavor to my daily routine, with no caffeine and no calories. Tazo Tea adds a little excitement to my day, any time of the day, and is always convenient to pick up at our local grocery store.
After snack time, I work for the next few hours until Noon, and then lunch. On this particular day I’m focused on writing, so after lunch it’s back to my laptop, where I type away until 3pm. Next I change and pack my bag for yoga, and am out the door at 3:30pm. You know what happens next!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this snapshot of my daily routine with Tazo Tea. To find the perfect Tazo Tea for your day, check out Tazo.com to find Tazo near you. I’m sure that in addition to Passion, you’ll want to try Zen™, and Awake™ English Breakfast, too. Also, don’t forget to join in the fun on Tazo’s social channels, as well. Enjoy!
