Hello, it’s Sarah from 702 PARK PROJECT, sharing my monthly yummy home inspiration with y’all. I’ve always loved black and white checkered floors. My mother-in-law has one in her black and white kitchen and I’m so envious! In my opinion, black and white checkered floors are not just a passing trend – they’re here to stay.

Hi there! This is Sarah from 702 PARK PROJECT. A good friend of mine recently bought a house that has sconces in almost every room. I’d love to add a couple above our buffet in our dining room,

Back at the beginning of last month, I put out a post calling for new columnists here on the blog. Every six month I invite bloggers to reach out if they’re interested in contributing on a monthly basis, and once again, through this outreach I’ve met a whole new group of fabulous creatives that I’m thrilled to collaborate with. I even met a pair of bloggers who live 15 minutes away,
