On Tuesday I attended a preview of the 42nd Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House, hosted by New York’s most prominent youth organization, the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club, at Manhattan’s iconic Villard Mansion at 457 Madison Avenue, The Mansion on Madison. With an estimated 20,000 people expected to tour the finished Show House between May 1st and May 29th, I thought it would be fun to share six small snapshots from my instagram feed, as a preview of what’s to see.

As a New York Junior League member, I urge you to save the date for The New York Junior League’s 19th Annual Spring House Tour. This fabulous event features a self-guided tour of New York City’s most prestigious and luxurious residences, highlighting the best of the city’s architecture, art, and interior design. The tour is not. to. be. missed.

There’s a brand new showhouse in town, with an exciting new lineup of designers. To be located in the heart of the Financial District, the Designer Showhouse of New York will feature 22 interiors designers from the New York metropolitan area, with all proceeds to benefit the new Lenox Hill HealthPlex. Check out the designer lineup.

It may have snowed yesterday, but it is Spring in New York. To welcome the season, Lenox Hill Neighborhood House hosted their annual spring gala benefit on Wednesday at Cipriani 42nd Street. I had a great time attending for cocktails, and viewing the 50 tables, each decorated by a different, renowned designer, using the theme A Spring Affair as their inspiration. Prepare to be dazzled.
